Where2 is a non-profit editorial project by the AI Founders Madrid community. It collects, organises and explains public and private resources of Madrid's startup ecosystem.

The content is informative and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Every entry links to its official source: that source always prevails over our summary. Before making a decision (filing an application, signing a contract or renting a space) verify the requirements and conditions on the relevant authority's or operator's website.

The trademarks, logos and trade names shown in the directory belong to their owners and are used for identification purposes only. If you own a trademark or an entry and want to correct, update or remove information, write to us through the community form.

Browsing the listings requires no account or registration, and we collect no personal data for it.

What data we process. Only what you send voluntarily through the community form (for example your name, email and a short description of your project or of the resource you propose).

Why. To contact you about the AI Founders Madrid community, send you ecosystem updates and review the resources you propose. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

For how long. As long as the community stays active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Email subscription. If you subscribe through any of the update blocks on the site, we store your email, the section you subscribed from and proof of your consent (date and accepted text). The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox; you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. We only use that email to send the updates described and never share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and unsubscribe at any time by writing to us through the community form.

Ownership. The selection, verification, classification and writing of the Where2 listings (opportunities, investors, spaces and guides) constitute a database created by AI Founders Madrid and are protected by intellectual property law. The original public sources belong to their issuing bodies and are always linked.

No scraping. Extracting or reusing all or part of the content through robots, crawlers, scrapers, automated browsers, mass API calls or any other automated means is expressly prohibited, as is the creation of derivative services or mirrors of the directory.

No AI training. Use of this site or its data to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, or to generate datasets for that purpose, is not authorised. We apply machine-readable rights reservations (robots.txt and server headers) in line with art. 4.3 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on text and data mining.

Permitted use. You may consult, share and quote the content by linking to the original page. For commercial uses, integrations or data access, write to us through the community form.
