Frequently asked questions
How the Where2Grow, Where2Fund, Where2Work and Where2Start listings are built, and what you can expect from every entry.
- Is it free to use Where2 by AI Founders Madrid?
- Yes. The entire Where2Grow, Where2Fund, Where2Work and Where2Start directory is free to browse and requires no account. We never charge founders or organisations to be listed.
- How often is the directory updated?
- We monitor official sources continuously: official gazettes (BOCM, BOE), calls from Madrid Emprende, CDTI, ENISA and madri+d, and the websites of workspace operators. Whenever a listing changes, we update both its content and its official link.
- How do you verify a resource before publishing it?
- Every entry must point to a checkable official source: the authority's website, the published call, or the operator's page. We translate administrative jargon into plain language, but we never replace the source: the original link is always on the entry.
- Can I get listed or suggest a resource?
- Yes. You can propose a grant, a fund, a workspace or a guide through the community form. We review the proposal, check the official source and, if it fits one of the four listings, we publish it.
- How is this different from searching official websites?
- The information exists, but it is scattered across dozens of agencies and written in administrative jargon. Here it lives in one place, filterable by stage, sector and resource type, and explained founder to founder.
- What data do you keep about me?
- Browsing the directory requires no account and leaves no personal data. We only store your email and the details you voluntarily submit through the community form, and we use them solely to write to you about the Madrid ecosystem.
